Have a goal!!

The worst thing you can do in the gym is train with out a purpose. What are you training for? What are you trying to achieve? If it’s weight lose, an obstacle race or to increase strength? Have a purpose and be specific with your goals. Be sure to set long term and short term goals and this will make the long term seem more achievable.
My goal is to deadlift 300kg by the end of the year! I know its crazy! But I have currently lifted 270kg and now working on 275kg. People with small vision will try and chop you down any chance they get, so be sure to remember them and use them as your fuel to succeed!!
So remember to:
Set goals!
Be specific!
Make short term and long-term goals!
Follow these rules and you will be on the road to success in the gym!!
